Dr. Heather Millar is an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of New Brunswick. Her research examines Canadian provincial energy and climate politics, focusing on the role of narratives in influencing processes of learning, feedback, and public acceptance. Heather holds a PhD in political science from the University of Toronto, and an MPP and BA from Simon Fraser University, Canada.
